Alright, we need advice from you all!
Alex's big truck which serves the purpose of work truck (traveling for his sales job) and farm truck (hauling and pulling) has become increasingly too expensive because of the price of gas. We have got the issue of a cheap farm truck dealt with, so now we are looking to purchase a used car with excellent gas milage for Alex's travel needs. We have been researching everything, but would like some input from those of you who have small 4door cars...what do you think would be a good purchase?
***Keep in mind, Alex is about 6' tall with really broad shoulders, so we can't cram him into a Honda Civic like we would like to (MPG 33/39), so we are having to look at slightly larger cars than that. Any suggestions?

Have you actually tried getting into the Civic? Garet fit in ours fine at 6'2". Mine was a '99 and I know the ones that came after mine were a little bigger (Amanda McCants had one). Just a thought! I actually really miss my Civic! While we are on Honda's, we love our CRV (it is actually a Civic frame). We don't drive enough to have noticed the gas price increase, yet, but the CRV gets pretty good gas mileage.
